Absolute joke of a receiver. Wasted 3 hours because they can’t communicate with John Deere about a bill of lading. We provided our bill of lading manifest and the product and they told us if paperwork on their end isn’t sent they’re going home at 5. Who cares about my driver losing an entire weekend, and being out on the next load and screwing over the next brokered load we were on. Horrible company will never deliver here again.

People working there are very nice. Here is the problem. Took them 10 days to get my two products to me. The first delivery date, they did not show up. Scheduled me for the next day. On the second delivery day, the driver called and said he could not get an 18-wheeler down my road, that it was not safe. I told him we have rigs down my road all the time. I spoke with his manager, and they rescheduled for later that day. I told them we had to have delivery on a flatbed truck. We do not have a dock. The one pallet is 16 ft long, and that needs to be lifted off the truck. It showed up in a box truck. We had to refuse the delivery. I ended up having to drive an hour one way to go get the 16-foot pallet on my trailer. They were scooting the pallet on the ground and pushing it with the forks on the fork lifts. Parts were missing from my equipment. The pallet was damaged. The 2nd smaller pallet I had them scheduled to deliver the next day since it would not fit on my trailer. That delivery was a no-show again. Scheduled for the next day. When it arrived, it was damaged. One of the wheels had been knocked off. It looked like it had been run into something because it had shifted on the pallet and broke one of the metal straps.

Very unprofessional and completely useless. A delivery was made to my business by this “company” so poorly that I had to finish the job myself. They left a 500lb shipment in the parking of my business which is approximately 50ft away from the entry of my business. They had a pallet jack, so it was complete neglect and pure laziness that they did not leave it at my business. I wasn’t asking that they even bring it in my building, just leave it closer. There was no barrier of any kind stopping the gentleman from doing so. I called to “company” to notify them of the poor service I received from their driver and all they said was they can only do so much. So I guess “delivery” is just too much for them.

They couldn't deliver because the truck could not get past a bridge. Did the call NO! I call them 2 days after the delivery date. It will be delivered tomorrow on a box truck. Perfect EXCEPT it never made it. I call again. Not sure why it wasn't delivered, cuz their system showed delivered. Person put me on hold, to talk to a supervisor. Finally, a week late, I get a call from a driver around 6:30PM, I have a delivery for you. I helped him drag the pallet up the driveway because he is driving a semi and can not go back into my driveway. Absolutely can not depend on this company. Also, phone talkers do not offer their names when they answer calls. Very unprofessional!

They lost a shipment of whiteboards for my company. It took me a while (like a week) to find out why my packages were not being delivered. I had to do a run around just to even get the PRO# to track my package. Once the customer service rep got me the PRO#, they told me to call customer service to schedule my delivery. I called right away to schedule and the other customer service rep told me they were just talking about my packages and how they were "short" (Lost). I was frustrated because why did the last rep not tell me they were lost? Well the new customer service rep was very kind but her solution to AAA Cooper losing my packages was for me to just go to Staples and re-order $1,000 dollars of whiteboards...They did not seem to care that THEY were the ones who lost my items. So I sent an email to customer service 12 days ago asking what they are going to do for me because I was not going to accept the answer of "just go reorder my lost products from Staples." There was an email chain of people from different branches playing a blame game of where my packages were. I was asked by Melisa from the Memphis branch how much the packages were and the description. I sent that last week and I had to follow up asking what she was going to do with that information and now I am told to just file a claim.I am VERY disappointed in this customer service. They played games it feels with me and couldn't have told me to file this claim 3 weeks ago when they lost my packages? I had to be put through the ringer to get a tracking number, then be put on a chain of blame game emails, and then now told to file a claim.Using this company as my shipping company was not my choice but I would hope I do not have to use them again.

Extremely poor customer services and bunch of unprofessionals individuals handling calls. It’s the worse shipping experience we have ever had, and I just do hope our venders never ever look in this direction in terms of shipping!! Picking up a shipment that was paid to be delivered is the most Annoying part of it all.

Very unorganized yard packed with trailers drove around the yard twice before finding my trailer behind some other trailers blocking it in the yard guy was nice enough to move the trailer.

Their truck drivers are very nice.Their customer service in Memphis is the worst.They do not deliver on time no matter what they say. Management need to shake up their Memphis office and get rid of incompetence.Big guys in main office your reputation in stransport put your company in a decline....
