I had one good appt with this business. I made appts and she keep moving them and then not responding. I call and she said she would get back to me and never would. I asked are we on the books and she tells me again that she would let me know. I finally let her know that she was being very unprofessional instead of apologizing and making it right with the customer she just said she can no longer do my daughter who is 12 hair. Business like this one gives Black Business Owner a bad reputation. Not one time did I raise my voice or get out of line with this business owner. I wouldn't recommend for the fact it's one thing to be overwhelmed; but you apologize and do the right thing not get mad at the paying customer for wanting you to fulfill your obligations.
