Do not buy from this place they will lie to you about warranties there cars are salvage with clean tittles and when u call the place to put a complain they give you the run around and say they will call you back. They will lie to you. They need a lawsue

This place is absolutely unprofessional. After purchasing a car in November, there has been nothing but issues after issues. We have giving them a chance to fix the problems but nothing has been done. We call, they never answers. No communication at all. I think it's time to seek out some legal advice at this time.

I’m Currently looking for a car but, I called and ask for a Lexus the man say am I a Lexus buyer, whatever that means and then say first step is an application, no the first step is seeing do you have what I’m looking for cause why would I get my credit ran first and approval if I don’t like anything on the car lot…..your selling so I do the asking questions not you….

Didn’t have this Jeep but two or three weeks, the clutch went out in the keep. I call no one would ever answer the phone’s ,and when I came to A-1 they were playing dominoes. The owner and the other guy told me that the owner wasn’t in. They put the truck in the shop but wouldn’t tell me wish shop.

I bought a rv from this place. They were waiting on the title and showed me proof of lien release. Now they keep giving me the run around on the title 5 months later. I have still not heard from them.

I am purchasing a Lexus from them and my tags were out on the 5th of the month. I work and by the time I get off they are closed. Looking upon Google it states they are open on Saturdays however when I went to get my tags and or another drive out I was told that no one had any knowledge on a drive out nor tags. I was working with Travis. I will say he is very helpful and tries to accommodate anyone; but his counterpart, or shall I say some stranger that had the keys to the building but said he didn’t work for them did not even try to call and speak with anyone about anything. Instead he got an attitude and walked as I was speaking with him and started cutting off all the lights saying he was about to go. If A1 isn’t open on Saturdays it should be noted and if you can’t reach one person chain of command is reaching whoever is in place above the person that can’t be contacted. Instead I was greeted with a lie on a lie and I am unable to drive a car I am paying on because my drive out is out. No help No one to speak with and the person that spoke to me claim he was just there because he don’t work there. How am I supposed to get my children to school and go to work on a car I’m paying almost 500 a month for with full coverage insurance with out of date driveouts in Memphis!!!!! Where is the consideration for your paying customers and where is the respect level? Last question why would you have someone in your business with keys to open the doors not claim to have anything to do with your business or a way to contact you? Sincerely A Very Upset Single Mother with Bills to pay that can’t drive something I’m spending Money on!

These reminders these folks seem like that doesn’t want to take card but then u take them cash seems like they don’t want to put it in the system… but the reminder’s can say something it not true but between it need expensive parts lease I know they don’t do savage titles like some use car lots just finely got insurance… still say they didn’t lock at the car though then found out if I look the door the key doesn’t fit so still wondering that…
