Our car was stolen. We paid the towing fee. Then paid another towing fee so we can get our car home. Then this old lady calls me 4 times in 30 minutes to say oh we have to charge you a storage fee.. of 3 days. (Over the weekend) but they was close Saturday and Sunday. So how am I getting charged an extra $100 for 3 days if y'all was close. Folks real real took out money just to ask for more money. Smh.

Con artist. Got my car stolen and the police called them to pick it up. They charged me for storage fees even on days they were closed. Paid for my car to be released and towed and they called later and said they wouldn't without paying more fees

We were in Memphis, 4 hours away from home with a group of school kids and our bus got stuck. We literally flagged these guys down in the street. I had a car accident. I called three different companies. I spoke to George at 901 Express, he was friendly and concerned. He dispatched Pierre out in 15-20 minutes. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and came right on. I don't have insurance. Pierre was the person who towed my truck to my house. He has great Customer Service. They were awesome! Call them if you are ever in need. Seriously I was impressed for the above, beyond and willingness to help. My friend is a big goof let the truck run out of gas.I explained the need and the dilemma of having language barrier for a friend in need of towing assistance. I was immediately told that is just fine they was still willing to help. Honestly my friend ended up not needing the help but best believe this company has gained several future customers just for the friendly response when I explained not needing the help after all.
