I have been in the store many times and had very good employees help me. today then I went in to buy two pair of pants because they were on sale and the employee and there was horrible. There was only one employee at 3:30 to 4 o’clock today and when I asked her to help me, she was more like well. We don’t have this in stock. You need to order it off the Internet, and then a friend of hers came in and they talked for like 10 minutes while I was trying to figure out what to do. I ordered online they have a rotten apple in the barrel and they need to address it. a friend of hers came in and they talked for like 10 minutes while I was trying to figure out what to do. I ordered online. Very disappointed in their customer service. I even told the employee that I disappointed in her customer service and that she needed to quit talking to her friend and take care of the shoppers. She should’ve known I was a serious buyer because I had a pair of pants on that I wanted to buy.

Outstanding experience at the 5.11 store in Memphis. Sales associate Isa is an exceptional employee. Courteous to a fault she went above and beyond her duties in order to find the clothing I was looking for. She procured them for me by special order and by transferring them from other stores. She diligently searched the internet for everything I was looking for. She also made several phone calls to confirm the orders. I am completely impressed with her and she is the reason that I will continually return to her store. Bravo to 5.11 for hiring such a diligent employee!

Very nice place! Excited that we have one in town. The young lady that helped me today was very friendly n helpful. But it seems the older lady that I'm assuming is the manager had very little patience that the young lady was looking for a item in the back for me. Not sure what her issue was but I wish the best for her.

Clothes are good. I'll buy them only from now on. Bathroom visible from showroom closed to the public. I can't pee, I won't give you hundreds of dollars.
