I took my truck in due a broken bolt connecting my hub to my knuckle. I was quoted about $900 and paid a deposit (about $450). I get a call the next day and the guy says “yeah we had our guys look everything over and we have some recommendations for upgrades”. The quote was about $7,500 now to install a new lift kit. I declined and asked them to just replace the hub, and they refused to do the work. I went to get my truck and got the print out of their “recommendations”. When I looked at the parts list it was the exact same parts to the lift kit that had been installed BY THEM only a month prior to me purchasing the truck. My truck stands out so I know they remembered doing the lift kit install A MONTH PRIOR. Did they think I didn’t know when and where the lift kit was installed? Never got that deposit back, and just bought the hub for $300 and did the work myself. No issues since and it’s been 2 years.

I will always do repeat business with a company that tries to do the right thing. The details are unimportant, the fact that they worked with the customer to come up with a solution is rare in the current world. At the end of the day the problem was solved and everyone was good. Mike is an asset to their team. I would recommend these guys.

They stayed Open to mount some tires for me last minute when another ship was not able to do so, saved me from having to cancel a trip! Every one in the shops very cool

The guys must work off commission! Refused to do alignment without $thousands in parts replacement. Some parts recommended were already new. Will never return here!

Called today to talk to the store manager about why after 3 months this place hasn’t answered court orders about garnishing an employees wages for theft. The store manager didn’t want to help, despite me telling them several times this is court ordered and then hung up on me saying that he had customers in the store he needed to tend to. What a joke, laughing when I say legally I can hold them liable for the amount after not answering court orders.

I was having an issue with a powered step not extending, Total Offroad diagnosed the the problem quickly. Once the replacement part was delivered, they scheduled me in the next day and had me ready to go the same day.

Welp…. I was bent over a barrel with my 2022 Jeep Wrangler as it just started my “death Wobble”…. The day before I had to drive across country. I was screwed. Dealership didn’t have the part and nowhere else was open…. On a Saturday.
I came on a Saturday, near the end of business hours….. and these folks came through. Saved my a$$. Not only did they have the part, they made me a priority and installed it on the spot. World class customer service….
Ryan greeted me as I walked in and assured me he would make my vehicle safe get me taken care of. Basically, Ryan and the staff are the Gods of 4x4 here in Memphis. You would be a damn fool to even consider anywhere else.
Because of Total Off Road/4 Wheel Parts… I was able to drive my family across country, safely, and on time.

Aaron hooked me up start to finish. Loved the work performed, the parts that were bought, and most importantly how jealous my buddies were when they saw it. I highly recommend these guys. They have an extremely knowledgeable front counter staff! Their mechanics handled everything on our complete Jeep suspension replacement as well as installing seat covers on our Forerunner. Couldn't have had a better experience!

This is the second time we used 4WP over the last three years. They do good work, and they give honest recommendations. They also take care of Veterans. Highly recommend them.
