After calling multiple scratch repair services in Bartlett for quotes, Classic Collision was one of the ones that were profesional and caring throughout the entire process! What I thought would be a visit to receive a quote, Drew was awesome to fix my scratched front bumper in less than 30 minutes! Cannot say how much I appreciate the service here.

This place is good, but they need to be careful and replace things when they are stated as being replaced in the quote, whether for a customer or the insurance company. My QX80 had to be taken back twice, once due to the lock not properly being connected back when my driver's rear door had to be replaced and again when my back window had to be retinted when it was replaced. All are simple to the one repairing, but the customer is left coming back and forth for a problem that could have been done the first time if the job had not been rushed. This also left me wondering if everything was done as promised and replaced properly, which my eye could not see. There was also a white compound inside my vehicle and around my gas cap that is still there today. At this point, I was tired of going back. The quality in most places is not the same. It's more about quantity and money.Services: Painting

This place is awesome! I went here because the dealership was trying to overcharge me for something that ONLY took about 20 minutes! I've been here twice before and it won't be my last. I advise everyone to go here. Friendly staff, a clean place, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I think they are the best in the business!

They did okay, but after I got her back I had to put my own touches on her. Because the door was missing a lot of parts on the inside probably same door from accident, even though my insurance paid for new items and my trunk lights are missing got to replace those. They didn’t paint my driver side view mirror as well. They put the same tire and rim back on from accident even though my insurance and in the paperwork it says new but in the photo you will see. Thankfully I don’t drive this car but twice a week soon to be traded in.Services: General repairs & maintenance
