These people are absolutely amazing! The entire staff are friendly and patient. I dealt with Carlos and Eddie mostly and these guys makes sure you walk away satisfied. The work, the 360 team has done to my car was simply amazing. If you ever need anything done to your vehicle, like repairs or adding tires, rims, and so for I guarantee they will take care of you and you will be satisfied with thier work. Communication is on point, they will make your desire happen! Thanks for all you have done for me! The work I had done was new tires, rims and a few other things. Again, thanks! Highly recommended!

If you’re in Memphis and need a spot for tires, 360 Wheel Repair is your go to. Mr. Ed and the other staff members took really good care of me. The customer service was top notch and the work was even better!

Due to the many many pot holes in Memphis, I have had my rims repaired 3 times prior. This being the 4th time?, I had towed to other shop they couldn’t remove tire. I then had towed to 360 Tires, from the time I called them on the phone with issue Ed was exception, until my vehicle arrived to them and they had to fight with my tire, they didn’t give up. I can say the service myself & husband received while communicating with them was #1. I will come back with bells on but hopefully not soon again?. Thank you for your great attitude and A1 service provided. I have always recommended to family and friends & will continually to do so. Thanks 360 Tires you great Ed!!!

Needed a nail removed from my 24 inch tire. Not many places have the equipment for 24 inch rims but they do. I was in and out within an hour.

This crew knows what they are doing! They repaired 2 of my 20" BMW wheels in less than an hour and a half for a very fair price, $285! I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have their wheel repaired!

The Service is Fast and Professional. I had a Cracked Rim on My Mercedes E350 and they fixed and reinstalled sensor and All. The Service Was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐??. I definitely recommend 360 Wheel Repair.

I had a couple rims from a previous run-in (literally!) with a curb, as well as a brand-new rim on the car that I wished to have looked at. The two extras were pretty scuffed up and had both take a curb strike; the mounted rim seemed to have suffered some bending, as it loses 0.5 - 1.0 psi daily. The guys at 360 Wheel Repair got me in almost immediately. The off-car rims were deemed too messed up to be worth repair (no worries, they were extra after insurance paid out). As for the mounted rim on the left-front, they looked at it--and the right-front, just in case--to try to find the leaking. Sadly, they couldn't but that's not surprising. The upside is they didn't charge me anything. "We didn't do anything, so you don't pay anything." I disagree, as they did dismount, inspect, and remount my tires. Great, fast-working, honest guys at this place.

I had an awesome experience..Ed is the best. I have NO complaints.. Ed took my factory rims and made them look like some expensive Brand new Rims. I love the paint job. I highly recommend asking for Ed..
