This is the WORST! moving company EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RUINED MY YARD AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO COME OUT AND FIX WHAT THEY DID. TRY CALLING THEIR 800 NUMBER AND NOONE ANSWER. THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE/COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away!!!!... I guess it is may fault that I'm having issues with this company because I decided to ignore the reviews!!! but do yourself a favor and dont hire this company!!!!....I’m tired of this company. I’m tired of getting overcharged without my approval. When I requested the serviced, I paid at front and they said that there will no be more charges. Despite of our initial agreement I received a charge for 160, I called and they only refund me $80 and they said that there will no be more charges, today I received another charge for $350 with no explanation. They are liars!!! Give me my money back!!!!!

I contacted this company to store my belongings because I had to move into my new place for two weeks. I reached the 1800 number to get a quote and pay for everything. Unlike previous customers, my experience was seamless. I knew what the upfront costs would be. The only issue we encountered was that the truck had mechanical problems and could not deliver on the day promised. Still, they assured me it would be delivered at a particular time the following day. I was like, ok. The manager called me, confirmed a couple of things, and told me when the new pickup and delivery time would be. I appreciate the service I have received from this company and would use it in the future for a move. I want to thank Ernest and the team for making everything smooth for this crazy move we had to deal with!

Took off work for pods to be delivered yesterday and they don't show spent all afternoon trying to find answers customers service took a hour to get on phone... only to be hung up on... finally talk to a supervisor pods where suppose to be here between 10am and 12 and they haven't showed! Wait time is over 45 min to just talk to someone that's not going to give you the right answer! At this point I just want my money back! I have lost valuable time and it has cost me a 1000.00 dollars in missed work! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We were supposed to have our pods delivered 3 days ago. We took the day off of work and at 8:30PM when they still hadn't arrived, we called. We were told that they work until 10PM and they were still on the way. They never came and they still haven't come. We had to call them and they said all delivery vehicles are broken and out of service and when I asked for an estimated delivery date they said "it isn't feasible for us to tell you a date." ? I have called daily since and no one has any update. My furniture is being held hostage and we are sleeping on the floor while we are paying rent on our pods. Is this a legit company or have we been scammed? We want our stuff.

Mr. Green 1800PackRat allowed me to come 1814 S. 3rd Street 06/01/2022 to official be Hired signing paperwork and I was told by Mr. Green to come on 06/02/2022 at 8am for Training All Day But as I came at 7:15a I was spoken So Badly, Vulgarly and Disrespectful Gestures from EWING MOVING STAFF about moving car. As it's now 8a as I'm sitting inside waiting for Mr. Green he never showed up as these people are still speaking to me So Harshly and Rudely about moving my car. I was never told where to park my car before coming back. So I called Mr. Green cellphone and it just ranged long time, as I departed from that rudely situation. Mr. Green never reached out to me on yesterday to show any concerns nor to see why I called him, as he told me to come in for Training All Day 06/02/2022... I feel my time and efforts needs to be Compensated for 06/01/2022-06/02/2022 Gas is Too High to come on senseless trips for nothing. Even as I'm writing this Mr. Green from 1800 Pack Rat had not even called me to Apologize or Show He's Professional and Truly Intended To Hire Me. If you're judging me on my Body Size... To me this is Very Discouraging and Discrimination..If EWING MOVING STAFF Can't Show Respect To Anyone Being Hired At Pack Rat.. In Personal Experience just shows me... The sharing of 1814 S. 3rd Street Isn't A Great Professional Relationship. But the Angered Disagreement Between Pack Rat and EWING MOVING SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN OUT ON ME ABOUT A SIMPLE PARKING SPOT.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Prices way way to high. No communication. Were suppose to deliver on a certain day, no communication . Can’t even leave a number to call back because they take forever to get back to you I booked my move 3 months ago. Waited all day on the delivery day and nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ever

After years of trial and error with various companies in the moving business, Pack Rat has become my tried-and-true company of choice. Not only are they some of the friendliest people I’ve ever worked, but they also know how to take care of business and treat their customers with the courtesy they deserve, no matter what. I have yet to have a negative experience with them, and at this point I’m confident that I never will. That’s how much I trust them.

I wasn’t too excited initially about spending extra money to move my things, but after all the time and energy I saved, the investment was completely worth the cost. May have been even cheaper in the long run than it would’ve been if I tried to do it myself.

I am 68 years old and retired military and when I was active duty we moved and average of every two years. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in moving. I called this company for an estimate and they keep trying to deliver a pod before we needed it and once we requested pick up for delivery they would not pick it up for ten days, said they were overbooked. On the day they did schedule to pick up they have not confirmed or picked up container by 1700 hours. The corporate office said they still have us on the schedule and pickup until 2000 hours. Do not use this company they are liars cheats and have no way to contact the local company.

Showed up 3 days late to pickup two pods. Finally picked them up and promised they would show up on time. Guess what they didn't. This is the worst company to move your stuff. They have zero communication. Don't show up on time. Loose your stuff and can't tell you when you will get your stuff. It takes twice as long then any other place to deliver. Do yourself a favor and leas headaches DON'T HIRE THIS Company.
