“Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. That being said I have always been treated with kindness when being kind, I have shopped for my job sometimes 3 times a week and usually require special assistance in different departments, because I needed something extra and they always help me if at all possible. From the meat department to the stocking guys looking for extra burners for catering dishes because it showed a case on the computer but not the floor. The people in the frozen foods section joke with me and get me to laughing some days when I don't remember to smile and I mean sometimes I need the laugh desperately! I've been there and had frozen food help me get something in dry goods and I have seen the meat department guy helping everywhere always with a smile and greeting, the cashiers and front of store have taken harsh words and bad attitudes from people talking to them about things that they have no control over and kept going. Yes there are some slackers as there is everywhere, if you don't see an employee and you see someone that needs something then help them if you can because that's the way it used to be, does anyone remember that? If I see you and you need something from the shelf and you are struggling then I'm going to help, if I hear you say you need ____ and you don't see it I will tell you where I saw it. And if you help me I'm going to say thank you because we all used to do that. Thanks Sam's for pushing through a rough time in the world and having helpful people there everyday. They help me out so much! My only negative is sometimes I need gas before the pumps are open with the store and I wish they would open them at the pump 24/7 with a Sam's card, or Walmart+. If you look for negative things you will see negative but let's try smiling and finding positive ones too, the hard work that is done deserves acknowledgment too!”

“I went to this Kroger this evening. I can barely walk with a cane and I was confused with the COVID 19 entrance when I walked up to the front of the store. A young black man, who was a Kroger employee, was walking by me. I asked him about the entrance. He immediately said, "Let me move these baskets and make a way for you." It was the kindest thing he did for me and, although I didn't get his name, I hope Kroger knows what a great young man they have working for them. I had just gone to Lowe's yesterday and had to leave because they told me I had to walk way around and wouldn't let me enter the garden department even though there was a way in way more than 6 feet from everyone. Thank you Kroger employee for treating me so kindly in this crazy time where others don't seem to care. It meant so much to me.”

“Pleasant Shopping Experience with a Minor Hiccup:I recently visited the Kroger on Univ. Pkwy. in Jackson, TN, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The store boasted a nice organization that made my shopping trip efficient and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the friendly and helpful staff. The employees at this Kroger location were approachable and eager to assist customers. Their positive attitude added a pleasant touch to my overall shopping experience. However, my enthusiasm was momentarily dampened when I came across a loaf of moldy bread on one of the shelves. It was disappointing to see a product in such condition, but I was pleased with how the situation was handled. I promptly brought it to the attention of a store employee, who took immediate action to address the issue. This incident, while a hiccup in an otherwise smooth experience, highlighted the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and the importance they place on maintaining quality standards.Despite this minor setback, I would still rate the Kroger on Univ. Pkwy. with four stars. The well-organized layout, friendly employees, and the swift response to the moldy bread incident demonstrate the store's dedication to providing a positive shopping environment. I will continue to shop at this Kroger location, confident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality.”

“It's an awesome place to stock up and was so much better than the Walmart next door. The cost savings is the major selling point. For the first time today I used the scanning go, and I just wonder why so many other places don't use that particular service.”

“Clean well stocked. Self check out has extra large spaces for checking lots of items. My only frustration with all stores is that there seem to only be 2 regular lanes when you can't do self check. The lines are super long. My ice cream melted! Thankfully they replaced it but my time is valuable! An hour waiting, standing, when I'm already tired and the husband is in the car waiting is too much.”

“When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. We were in there for a little over an hour and still no carts were brought in. This is peak season, service the customer, and be sure you are staffed for the business please.”

“We went to fill a prescription for our daughter and found out her meds weren't covered by insurance and would cost $1600 for a months supply. Charity got on the phone right away and got with the Dr. to get a Prior Authorization in and get the meds covered. She gave us a huge relief!”

“I usually don't have many issues with Walgreens. I'm pretty loyal to them for their rewards program and use it as much as I can. When I'm short of cash, that 20 bucks of rewards comes in handy. Everyone is usually really nice and helpful and I appreciate that. I will admit though, sometimes I walk in and see 10 people standing in line and I'm like nope, not today. No patience so across the street I go to CVS which I really like as well. It's usually a lot quieter and I can focus more on the sales and what I need. I don't know why I don't just go there ever time. Too many choices these days I guess ?”
