“My trip here could have been a bad experience but the attendant was very kind and patient when the card readers weren't working at the pumps. He handled the line of people very efficiently and professionally.”

“Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. That being said I have always been treated with kindness when being kind, I have shopped for my job sometimes 3 times a week and usually require special assistance in different departments, because I needed something extra and they always help me if at all possible. From the meat department to the stocking guys looking for extra burners for catering dishes because it showed a case on the computer but not the floor. The people in the frozen foods section joke with me and get me to laughing some days when I don't remember to smile and I mean sometimes I need the laugh desperately! I've been there and had frozen food help me get something in dry goods and I have seen the meat department guy helping everywhere always with a smile and greeting, the cashiers and front of store have taken harsh words and bad attitudes from people talking to them about things that they have no control over and kept going. Yes there are some slackers as there is everywhere, if you don't see an employee and you see someone that needs something then help them if you can because that's the way it used to be, does anyone remember that? If I see you and you need something from the shelf and you are struggling then I'm going to help, if I hear you say you need ____ and you don't see it I will tell you where I saw it. And if you help me I'm going to say thank you because we all used to do that. Thanks Sam's for pushing through a rough time in the world and having helpful people there everyday. They help me out so much! My only negative is sometimes I need gas before the pumps are open with the store and I wish they would open them at the pump 24/7 with a Sam's card, or Walmart+. If you look for negative things you will see negative but let's try smiling and finding positive ones too, the hard work that is done deserves acknowledgment too!”

“I hope management actually reads this bc I have to give the biggest compliment to a particular employee, Antasia, who was the prime example of what customer service should look like. We had asked one lady at the service desk about the promotional membership that is valid until July 31,2024 and she flatly told us that the store in Jackson did not honor that. Upon further checking we saw it should but needed further assistance. This is where Antasia came in to help us with everything we needed and then when we were ready to check out she was at the register. Please, if you need help find this young lady, she is great!!”

“I went to this Kroger this evening. I can barely walk with a cane and I was confused with the COVID 19 entrance when I walked up to the front of the store. A young black man, who was a Kroger employee, was walking by me. I asked him about the entrance. He immediately said, "Let me move these baskets and make a way for you." It was the kindest thing he did for me and, although I didn't get his name, I hope Kroger knows what a great young man they have working for them. I had just gone to Lowe's yesterday and had to leave because they told me I had to walk way around and wouldn't let me enter the garden department even though there was a way in way more than 6 feet from everyone. Thank you Kroger employee for treating me so kindly in this crazy time where others don't seem to care. It meant so much to me.”

“We have recently switched all of our prescriptions from a big pharmacy to Family Pharmacy of Milan, and we could not be more pleased! Our prescriptions are ready quickly, and everyone is so nice. They go above and beyond!”

“I’m from Los Angeles and stopped at this location while visiting family.

The store was really clean. The guys in the seafood dept. were having a meeting but kindly sent someone to help me. Lots of great choices. The site definitely reminded of RALPHS dtla!

Also Jasmine the cashier was so kind and nice. She had a great personality and the gentleman bagging the groceries with glasses! Great team! I’ll definitely be back here to shop when visiting family!”

“I'm an OTR driver. Like most Walmart locations, it's a great place to get supplies, and you can park here overnight if you need to. Remember to call ahead as a courtesy to make sure and don't mess it up for the rest of us by leaving trash, etc.”

“I've gotten my prescriptions from Family Pharmacy Humboldt since they opened. They keep track of my meds and let's me know to pick up my refill. Love the drive thru. So you don't have to have contact with someone who is contagious. Rachel is very polite and helpful. Give them a try. My only negative is their hours. They close at 5:30 and not open Saturdays. This is a bit tight with my work schedule. But I make it work.”

“When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. We were in there for a little over an hour and still no carts were brought in. This is peak season, service the customer, and be sure you are staffed for the business please.”

“Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer the telephone. That is a nice change from Walgreens. Walgreens is so slow in answering phone although their technicians are nice.”

“Best grocery store in town! The location is very convenient and the store is always neat and clean. I love that they provide free bottled water for customers in the hotter months. The produce section is always fresh and tasty-looking, and the selection is fantastic. I love shopping here.”

“Five-star review for Kroger in Jackson, TennesseeI recently had the best customer service experience at the Kroger in Jackson, Tennessee, thanks to a cashier named Taylor Owens. She was extremely sweet and friendly, and she made great conversation while I was checking out. “One of the people that work there really helped me out and saved me money. They know what they're talking about and the one that helped me actually cared. Blessings sent your way, my dude ?”

“I can't believe I haven't rated this store already, but I love this pharmacy. They may not stock everything like the Jackson stores but usually get me everything within 24 hours no problem. I love Ginger and Michelle and Kayla...all the girls (and guys) are amazing. I hope this pharmacy never changes. Maybe expand a little but Milan is so tiny I don't think there would be enough business for it. Great store though and always great to me! ???”

“We went to fill a prescription for our daughter and found out her meds weren't covered by insurance and would cost $1600 for a months supply. Charity got on the phone right away and got with the Dr. to get a Prior Authorization in and get the meds covered. She gave us a huge relief!”
