Had a wonderful experience with King’s, they moved my piano and did a wonderful job, then serviced and tuned it a few weeks later. They were on time and professional. Overall a GREAT experience.

Back in the day Jonathan helped me record my first few songs to release. That was 10+ years ago. He was awesome to work with then and still is now! He took time out of his busy schedule to help me fix the action on an old Kimball piano.. even came out on a Saturday to tune it up just because he knew I was excited to play. It’s sounding great and can’t wait to work with him in the future. Very friendly guy and has some pretty cool stories to tell! Thanks again my friend!

It's a BIG win for us to have this piano moved into our home! Jonathon is knowledgeable, professional, experienced, reasonable, and friendly. We're looking forward to having him back to tune and service the piano in a couple weeks! It's already looking great, and we're certain it'll be sounding great after that!

This company is not trustworthy at all, or it became out of business. Otherwise, be ware of this company. I booked an appointment to tune my piano, not only he failed to show up at appointment time, but also he did not even call me and even ignored my phone calls. This place is completely unprofessional, and should not do any kind of business at all.

Just had them work on my action, it was in rough shape, a lot of mouse damage and neglect. I just got it back in and everything's working brilliantly! Will definitely have them do future repair work. Did I mention how friendly and professional the guy is? Answered all my questions, made suggestions, and even helped troubleshoot some simpler issues. All at a reasonable and competitive price.

I contacted them about moving an old upright piano from Jackson to Trenton. They arrived on schedule and took great care in moving my childhood piano without any trouble. He's working on it now to fix it and get it back in working order. I'm very pleased with the price and efficiency so far.

I have a piano that is over 100 years old that has not been played or tuned for decades. King's Piano Company went over and beyond, finding keys to replace broken ones and repairing the action. After the repair, he moved the piano to my home. His prices were fair and resonable.Very professional and kind. Highly recommend this company.

These guys were great! They moved our vintage Victorian upright to our new home then serviced it while they were here. Can’t wait to have them back for a professional tuning after our baby acclimates. They’re friendly, have excellent communication, showed up on time, and took care of our piano like it was theirs. Jonathan was easy to work with from the time I reached out to him and helped move our piano across West TN at a reasonable cost. I'd recommend him for piano moving. He also seems quite knowledgeable about the instrument itself and therefore would recommend for maintenance, tuning, etc. Thanks for your help with our move, Jonathan!

My William Knabe is 110 years old and has had problems all of the time I have owned it. Mr. King is continuing a family tradition. He explained clearly to me what he had to do to the action when I had the piano moved from one place to another and had it worked on. We both know that it will need some more work in the near future so I will make notes until I make an appointment for him to tune it. This experience has been wonderful.

If you need a professional for you piano needs.......King's Piano Company did a great job getting me a used piano delivered, and serviced it too, thought we were going to need it tuned, but he said that it was okay. These guys were so very nice. Don't trust a piano move to just a mover, hire a professional like King's Piano Company.

Great, fast, polite service. Was so nice to receive a conformation call the day before our appointment. Price was reasonable (two pianos tuned and one serviced for $350). Jonathon was very kind and patient with our childrens' many questions. We are so glad to have a piano professional in the Jackson area!
