I would not recommend doing business with this auction. I decided to bring my business to them for the 1st time last week. I bought a $32,000 truck online. i went and picked up truck same day. Soon as i got it to my shop then engine started making noise. i called them to start arbitration on this vehicle. National Auto Auction Assoc. states by law you have a minimum of 7 days to arbitrate whether its an online purchase or in person. They refused to honor this. They stated you only have until 1pm the same days as purchase to submit arbitration. They refused to take accountability for this. They sent an individual to retrieve truck, He stated "there's definitely something wrong with it, they have to send transfer for it." The gentleman left and the auction said they weren't going to do anything about this issue. The following day they sent a tow truck for it. They auction then proceeded with my payment on a truck they took back. I RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS AUCTION EVER!!

Tag number 0095670 does not know how to drive the cconpany vehicle. Please fix this. My family was almost rear ended multiple times from the driver tailgating on a 55 mph road.
