Outstanding company for kitchen renovation!!!We bought a 1996 build home and completely removed the kitchen. Kris and his team at RSR first provided a consultation on new layout and design concepts. From the beginning, we were impressed with RSR'S professionalism, knowledge, and true talent. They worked with us to create a comprehensive design we totally loved.Throughout the process of selecting various materials and preferences, Kaylee and Rachael were amazing to work with. We never felt like we were a bother, even when we asked tons of questions and changed our minds a few times on certain things. The team at RSR knows kitchen design, inside and out.We also really appreciated their sending us to Anatolia in Baxter, Tn, for the selection of our countertops. The Anatolia team is impeccable, especially Temel and Mario.Once all the materials were in and assembly and construction began, RSR continued to be great to work with and addressed any questions or concerns thoroughly.The final product truly exceeded our vision and is everything we hoped it would be. The cabinetry, attention to detail, and every aspect of the final result is both beautiful and highly functional.The price of our project was very fair. We're so happy we went with RSR and not a larger company. We'll be thrilled with our new kitchen for years, or decades, to come.Note: the photos show the before and after. I just want to say that RSR Kitchen and Bath is great.We love our new cabinets and countertops.Chris the owner put our cabinets in, which took a day. He is very conscientious and precise with his work and a great guy. Thanks to Justin also. Thanks to Rachael for helping me make a new kitchen and staying around my budget.We love our new kitchen.

We used RSR for our cabinets and counters for a complete kitchen remodel. I wanted to use a local company instead of a chain so we went with them. Unfortunately, what we learned in the process is they are just another middle man. The cabinets are ordered from a different state, their counter supplier is in Nashville, and then installations are by sub contractors. Our measurements for the cabinets were several inches off, measured by two different individuals who came out, which meant we had to stop the install halfway through to wait for the correct cabinets. Their communication through this process was severely lacking. If you call with a question, it can't be answered at that time and they call you back hours or a day later. They called me to set up my install and didn't check to make sure all my cabinets even came in (they hadn't). The saving grace for this company is their cabinet installer, Rick. The cabinets were installed perfectly. He was able to troubleshoot when needed and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Do not use this company! We built a new house in Crossville, TN. Our builder sent us to RSR Kitchen and Bath to pick out kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We picked out a 50/50 stainless steel sink for the kitchen. I talked to the 3 women working in the store who help us pick out the sink and they too recommended a 50/50 sink. We realized that they had documented a 60/40 sink to which we called multiple times to correct. Last month the cabinets were installed all were perfect. They wrongly installed a 60/40 kitchen sink instead of the 50/50 sink we requested. Even our drawings of the kitchen show a 50/50 sink. I have called asking for the owner, “Chris” to call us back to fix this issue. No call back, but the builder was told it was our fault. RSR is simply a company with no ethics and continually lies to their customers and does not correct issues they are responsible for! Do not make the same mistake we made! Beware!

Kris and the folks at RSR Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic job for us. We have some really beautiful cabinets and the service was outstanding. After the install there were a few items left to be done. They continued to follow up with us, not the other way around. I recommend RSR Kitchen and Bath!

RSR is top notch. On time, on budget, and high quality work. We have a very difficult kitchen to install granite counter tops in that other companies did not want to do. RSR came and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company and would do business with them again in the future.
