“I don't have a lot of pawn shop experience, but the few times I have had emergencys happen and needed to use them, I've noticed that (for the most part) I get this feeling that the employees kinda look at you like your a druggie or something. So I was already nervous with having to go to another one. The employees here were the exact opposite. Treated me like a regular human, and we even had a few laughs. That might not seem like a lot to most people, but to me it meant everything. I'm a father of 4 kids, knew I was relying on them, a little embarrassed and nervous going in there due to my few past experiences. So for them to treat me as kind as they did during a tough time, it meant the world to me. Would rate higher than 5 if I could?????”
