The young man at the front desk was magnificent I was unaware of what to do and how to even start as we have never been in this situation and never had to deal with insurance (someone ran a stop sign and hit us) he walked me through everything handled everything told me all I needed to do was call the other parties insurance company back and let them know I found a body shop and simply lock in a date to have it dropped off THE INDIVIDUALS WHO WORKED on our car did a great job can’t even tell I dropped it with anything wrong with it !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hastons collision repair the process was super smooth from start to finish! Not only that we have crazy work schedules he came in on his day off to simply give us the key and finalize what was needed 10/10 would recommend! I am so thankful that I took my truck to Haston’s for the repairs needed this past week. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They provided a detailed estimate and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The work done on my truck was exceptional, and it looks as good as new!! They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience from start to finish. DO NOT trust these people to fix your vehicle correctly. They are unprofessional and their work shows it. Worst repair work I have ever had the displeasure of having done. They like to hide imperfections and hope you don't see them. What should have taken 3 days took almost 2 weeks and still I don't have repair work like new. Make sure you take before and after pictures. They will cause more damage than you had before you bring in your vehicle.

Can I just say, that this place was professional, informative and patient. I asked a lot of questions and they never rushed me or made me feel as if I wasted their time. Great customer service!
As for the damage done to my car? It was pretty damage down the side of the drivers side and on the passenger side. Destroyed my mirrors. All I can say is, what damage?
I appreciate these guys very much and would recommend anyone to them. Thanks Hastings!

I can't say enough about the folks at Haston's Collision Center.Not only did they fix my baby's car after damage was caused from hitting a deer, they returned her car to her in better than new condition.If you are in need of having a car repaired after an accident, you need not look any further than Haston's to get the job done right!
