First to arrive is the first in service… yes of course… Saturday morning rotation and balancing… you call a day before and they cannot make an appointment because the service you are looking for does not need an appointment… be sure to make an appointment before going to waste your day... and it's not nice to listen to people with terrible customer service... I AM THE ONE WITH THE GRAY TRUCK.

Showed up at 8am and was told an oil change would take 1 hr I waited and it wasn't done until 10 am that is absolutely ridiculous and the prices are ludacris My husband could have had it done way quicker but unfortunately he was working and couldnt do it. I think I'll be going to valvoline from now on. If they get that behind and dont have many people working then it should be a requirement to schedule for oil change.

DIDN'T GO HERE JUST TALKED TO THEM ON PHONE. SEEM LIKE VERY NICE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. HELPFUL. BUT PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH FOR LIKE A VEHICLE ALIGNMENT. OTHER PLACES NEAR THEM WERE ALMOST HALF THE PRICE.
