If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Rats ate my toiletries and what wasn’t ate or chewed on had rat poop on it. I made 2 complaints and asked to speak to a manager but she wasn’t available either time but could call me back. I was told there had been multiple reports. The last time the manager was there and when I showed her the damage done she told me “yeah it’s the sweet stuff they go after, but look your clothes aren’t damaged or anything else” I asked if I could be compensated or something for my damaged goods. She offered me $10 off my unit for the month. That didn’t even cover my shampoo and conditioner. When I moved my stuff in I was expecting it to be safe not having to restock my bathroom. She did honor the $10 off my unit even though I moved out.

Stoph got stolen and been thare for 9 years got no I'm sorry or nothing no call i head over 17,000 in motor parts and ferneter in it. Sorry for the bad spelling
