My mother, who is disabled, needed assistance moving stored items from a basement to a storage unit. She’s always had help from family to move but that option was unavailable this time. So, we called Academy Moving & Storage. The owner, Ray, was very understanding and accommodating for her local move. He worked with her on the start time of the move & he stayed in contact to ensure there were no changes to the plan. He was communicative, respectful & quick! He finished the move in two hours, which was loading & unloading & even offered to go to multiple locations if my mother needed him too. His help was also extremely nice & respectful as well. We will be using his services in the future when needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Academy Moving has to be the best value for your money spent! We hired them to move is from one home to the next. They worked solid from the time they got there until the time they were finished. I offered refreshments and it was turned down as they just kept working. I would highly recommend this company!

Ray and his team were wonderful! I had never used a moving company until yesterday and I will be using them again! very nice group and treated our stuff like it was their own! very affordable and never stopped until the job was done!!! Excellent work ?

Do you have a metric ton of stuff you need moved? Do you want it moved in the rain? Do you have crazy high steps and ridiculously heavy objects? If so then you need these guys! Ray Bradley and his Academy team don't stop, they are the terminators of moving! Other companies would take twice the time and money! They came into a house with 5 people's stuff that wasn't even ready to go and had us out and into our new house 30 miles away in the pouring rain in a little over 6 hours! These are the only movers I'll ever use again!Services: In-state moving

We recently used Academy Moving and Storage to move items back into our house from 2 different locations after having our house remodeled. We had already called 5 different movers and Ray is the only one that returned our phone call. He and his employee were on time, very professional, and extremely nice. They handled all of our items with great care. You are charged by the hour and these guys were on a roll! They were continually moving in furniture instead of just taking their own sweet time and running up the bill. If we ever need movers again we will definitely be calling Ray with Academy Moving and Storage!
