The individuals ran my card and due to their incompetence or an error in THEIR system, it took my money. They refused to give me the products I purchased, stating it's not in their system. I showed them my bank account where the transaction had pulled my last 16.53 out. The owner refused to work with me, and the employees continued to give me attitude and be disrespectful. Disgusting experience, I do not recommend coming to this establishment. They have one competent employee, and one employee that is obviously high every shift. Awful store, 0/5.

Honestly a huge bunch of scammers when ever you put a low amount on the pump they type in a high amount then when you complain about out they make you pay the difference honestly if you're going to rob your customers you really should not be in business

Generally packed at gas pumps and lines are full at registers. Definitely the spot to go for most McKenzie folks. Customer service is good. Shelves are always stocked and fresh. Bathroom is always clean and neat also.
