My wife’s battery failed to start her vehicle on Easter Sunday. Kody and the other employee got me fixed up with a new one in less than 5 minutes. Great service from both of them!

Very disappointed. :( They told me my battery and alternator both needed replacing. I couldn't understand why my gauge on my instrument panel said my alternator was charging perfectly. I've been getting slow cranking for a couple months now and I figured I needed to get another opinion. I decided to hit up Autozone first since it was on the way to Carquest. Autozone told me that there was nothing wrong with my battery or alternator. On to the Carquest and they even go a little further and ask if I have anything plugged into my cigarette lighter. Yes I do. A Three USB port bank of which nothing was even plugged into when the vehicle wasn't being used. He suggested I unplug it every night for a while and see if it helps the problem. This is day 4 people and so far that has remedied the problem. NO MORE SLOW CRANKING AT ALL!I'm very disappointed in O'Reillys :(:(:(:(:(

LADIES, in my opinion, this store is the best! The staff has always been courteous and friendly!! Not one time have I ever gone to this store and been talked down to or treated like had no brain, because I'm a female (and older, LOL!)! The staff will help you find what you are looking for, give you a price range on parts (low, mid, high), tell you if it is in stock in their store, or in one of their other stores (if you need it right now) and if it has to be ordered in, when it will be there (I always call the day they say it will be there just to save time, in case a part didn't get shipped for some reason). As far as I'm concerned, they are #1. They also have a military discount (with proper ID) .
