The van y'all are financing me ain't starting and I've been tryna get y'all help for the vehicle y'all said was good but brake light has been on, same with ESP , traction control and ABS and engine light, now it's dead and this van was more expensive then the one I actually wanted and now this van ain't starting and I've only had it for 2 months and still over 6 grand I gotta pay yall, aren't y'all post to take care of you vehicles and clients.

If i could give negative stars i would. Bought a prius last year, brakes went out the first few days that i had it. so i tried to have them fix it. They did not fix the problem as a matter of fact their "mechanic" cleared the codes and it ran normally for about 3 cycles. When i reached back out to them they were not going to help. Now my 6000$ car is 10000 to fix plus my loan. Everything is wrong with it. Quite literally was told by my mechanic that they would pretty much have to rebuild the entire car. So never again. If i find out someone is going to them i will then let them know my experience so i don't see someone go through what I went through.

How anyone so unprofessional has lasted 43yrs is beyond me. Very shady business. Overdrew my bank account and only said I was lucky he bought the tires. I owed $67 they drafted $312 and expected me to let it go negative before they fixed it. NEVER TRUST THEM WITH ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

Will NEVER do business with this dealership again. Constantly harassing about payments for a vehicle that has been nothing more than a headache ever since purchase. He told us that he would fix problems at time of sale then tells you that vehicle is as is. Would give him zero stars if option allowed. Better vehicle options found in Paris tn. I suggest that you look elsewhere.
