I called about a business account and was helped by Marissa in McKenzie. She was so knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal for our business. We are so pleased with everything. And on top of that, we are saving hundreds of dollars a month. Great job! It’s rare to find such great customer service. I wish I could give ten stars.

This is the nicest Verizon around. The two young men working were efficient as could be. They were great at what they did. The young man worked with me and was able to help another person. Very nice and went above and beyond.

I went in to trade my phone in and Verizon was having system issues. I am very pleased with the service and commitment from the staff. Ashley was very patient and attentive. She did everything she could on her end and went through all the channels to resolve the issues. I returned to the store and each staff member had the same patience and commitment. I highly recommend!!!
