Rochelle tire is awesome. Cut a tire on my pathfinder coming from river holiday weekend no one was open. He was closed but there .we stopped in he asked me and my wife what problem we had we had no spare tire. Tire was going down.he said pull it in garage and he took the time to fix our tire on his day off.quick service and cheap thank you very much.

I drive a Toyota Highlander. We don't owe anything on it, so there's no warranties or anything.
It felt like it started misfiring. So I had a friend hook it up to a diagnosis machine and sure enough it was. It was misfiring on 2 cylinders.
I don't have time to fool around with it so I took it to Firestone. When he hooked it up, it said it was a computer issue ( and also the same 2 misfiress ) and said I needed to take it to a dealership because they can't fix computer issues. So I did. I spent the entire day in Toyota and ended up paying close to $600 JUST FOR MY IGNITION COIL TO FAIL AGAIN 3 DAYS LATER. Why? Because they didn't change them all. They changed 1. And then wanted to try and charge me almost $900 to change my spark plugs too. No computer issues either. I paid almost $300 alone for ONE ignition coil. I was extremely misled. They also said it was just the 1 bad coil, when 2 other machines said otherwise.
I'm angry. Defeated. $600 short now with a daily driver that's still misfiring.
I take it to Rochelles in McEwen. I'm immediately greeted by Greg Vasil who is just as angry as I am with how Toyota did me. And now my car is fixed today, for half of what Toyota charged me. And he did all 6 coils and my spark plugs. And a few other things too that Toyota absolutely MISSED including the fact that my coil plug was SUPER GLUED?! Tf. And, yes. It was indeed 2 bad coils but now all of them are brand new and my car is running as it should.
100% recommend.

I could not have asked for better customer service from Rochelle's!!! And it started BEFORE I was a customer!!! They stopped to see if I needed help after a minor accident that affected my wheel and strut. He had it diagnosed, removed and my spare put on in no time flat, in the rain. AND had to run to the shop to get a floor jack because I was on a hill. That was the first time I even got a hint that he was involved with a Tire Business. He didn't stop to drum up business, he stopped because he saw someone who needed help on the side of the road. The EXCELLENT Customer Service did not end at that point, it has continued after the fact. He has earned business from me and my family for any future work and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!

Rochelle is the ultimate mom and pop business. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The service was first rate and I especially liked that they had women working the machines right along side the guys.The prices were the best that I could find in the 2 cities that I checked.If you like your car service to go fast fair and friendly I highly recommend Rochelles!!! You won't be dissapointed.
