The single worst service imaginable. If you'd rather have excuses at best and no communication at all at worst but definitely don't want your taxes actually done on time then you've found your place. Just call 5 or 6 other tax accountants and ask about their reputation. You'll see.

Extremely hard to get in touch with. I’ve called, texted and emailed them multiple times. All I want is an update on my taxes but I cannot get them to respond. It’s been months since I’ve heard from anyone!

Ford and Associates is a great company for bookkeeping and taxes. They pick up my papers and brings them back to me every month. I do not have to worry about organizing my receipts, sales, and misc, I just put it in a box and they do all the work for me.
