Doesn't enforce parking or prime parking reservations. Said they won't go out and move truckers that are parking overnight without prime tickets or are blocking the lanes in and out of the facilities.
My route planning means nothing if my reservation for parking isn't honored and they just let any freeloader park where they want. Won't use this location for route planning in the future.

Very good Pilot!!

Has a McDonald's & Subway. I got MCD breakfast, it was really good, fresh.
I wish the showers for truck drivers were bigger but they were clean and good water pressure.

One of the worst pilots on the road,,, No lot security,,,, If you paid for a reserved spot you will not get it drivers will park in the spots They blocked the entrance and exit ways blocked the fuel Island Park against the curb park in front of other drivers everyone gets blocked in
The staff inside doesn't care and apparently corporate doesn't care either ,,,,, The store is clean ,,however the restrooms are nasty I will never stop to this pilot again

Navigating this lot during night hours is a nightmare. They allow people to park wherever such as at the fuel island for a 10hr, along the entire entrance lane, in front of trucks parked in parking spots, the space used to turn into fuel island. Wherever. Enter at the risk of a blown tire or trailer damage

Nice and cool. All kinds products available. Clean store. Cashiers friendly. Real courteous announcers for showers for drivers. Subway and McDonalds attached. Places to charge devices and sit awhile.

Outside beautiful Chattanooga! Plenty of car/truck parking. 80 spaces, 28 reserved (get yours online). Subway and McDonald's. Truckers, 17 steps down from fuel islands. There is a Handicap ramp. Hot showers. Staff is kind. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!)

Easy on/off freeway access to get gas. The restrooms were not very clean though.

Worst trucker service ever. Don't reserve parking because it's get in we're you fit in. The customer service rep Hannah was very rude and aggressive seems very racist. Bathroom was dirty and funky. I was told they could care less about what happens outside. I drove from Michigan to here for a 10 break were I reserved parking and all were full the lady in the store stated it was not her problem. Her name was raven. She said I'll give you your money back I said I want to park because I'm out of driving time. Nothing was done had to take matters into my own hand. My advice keep trucking past this pilot. NOT FOR ANY RACES BUT WHITE BY FAR!

This pilot is a little tight and with trucks parked in no parking everywhere its a congested mess. Its to tight to make the turn to get to the pumps when drivers are parked right there at the turn . They had 3 fuel pumps down due to other drivers hitting the pumps!! If you don't like stairs to the store might skip this one. Not vey organized or maintained at 9pm .
