While the experience was unsatisfactory, Dan seems genuinely sincere in his effort to regain my trust. I've updated this review to 3 stars accordingly and will give Crown CJDR another chance.

    Could not have had a better car buying experience than we had with Greg Yeoman when purchasing our 2022 Genesis GV80. Greg took his time, explained every detail, and did not mind running the numbers multiple times until we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Greg for your next car shopping experience.
