Professional! Courteous!! People answer the phone! The pharmacist is amazing in their knowledge! Can't say enough about how well treated I have been with every interaction. Price are pretty good inside the store too.

Highly recommend getting your Covid Vaccine at Okie's. Wonderful, friendly and very competent care by the folks at Okie's. We, my mother and I, were treated like family and their care of us was most excellent and is so appreciated by this Retired Nurse and her 96 year old mother, Ms. Margaret!

Love okie's. The lady at the front counter is always happy and ready to help anyone. I can usually find whatever i need and the pharmacy staff always take care of everything quickly.

This pharmacy drives me mad! Prescriptions will be sent through the doctor's office at like 9am and go to pick it up at 2pm and they will tell you...Oh its not ready, or O we don't have that in stock, or we need an authorization for it! And they won't call you at all to let you know any of that! When I go to pick a perscripton up 5hrs later! I expect it to be ready or if there is a problem to call me! Any other pharmacies will call you and let you know if something is wrong and I've never been to one that will not have it ready literally 5hrs later! There has been so many times that a perscripton will be sent early in the morning and I'll go gours later after running errands and literally have to sit in the drive through and extra 30min waiting on it to be done. Not only that if you have a question about a perscripton? Good luck with that! Because 99.9% will tell you to call and ask your doctor! Just as simple as asking something like...is this medication ok to take with this medication? They will tell you to call your doctor and ask....your a pharmacist! Can you not tell me if its ok to mix meds b4 taking them instead of waiting another day just to call my doctor and ask? The only one there that WILL help is a lady by the name I believe is Michelle shes always helpful but others there smh...The young adult ones that work at the pharmacy counter absolutely need to work else were there rude especially the very tall girl that works there.

Five star pharmacy. The staff is more about helping people instead of great profit. So thankfully they are in Union co, Tn, and I have been blessed to be a customer there for many years.

Just changed over my medications to Okie's Pharmacy and it was a wonderful experience. Spoke directly to the pharmacist and she was wonderful as was everyone that works there. Great atmosphere and very quick service. Would recommend their services to anyone!
