Visited the store today, the lady working the register was one of the friendliest goodwill employees I have come across.

My mother in law went to drop off a van load of goods post garage sale. When she arrived expecting help to unload the two workers at receiving refused to help her unload. For a company based on charity this is absolutely unacceptable!

Skip it! I was greeted at the door by an employee saying they accept cash only. The sign says Goodwill. What happened???
