They don't honor the prices on the shelf, and the employees are dismissive and rude.

I have purchased gas and food from Bookers too many times to count. Never had an issue. Prices are always comparable to other gas stations, fair. Staff is helpful and attentive.

I was going to only buy one pack of LD Blue 100 cigarettes but asked for two due to them having a .30¢ off manufacturers discount advertised on the front of the pack. The cashier scanned one and then asked another girl to hand her one of the regular packs cause it wasn't ringing up right. I told her it they weren't supposed to be regular price and pointed out the ".30¢ off this pack" clearly labeled on the front, no response from her at all. I thought she was correcting it on the register manually but thinking back she was no doubt just entering a DOB. This I confirmed instantly upon checking my receipt and I was charged regular price for both. Guess either the cashier or the owner, Susan Booker, would much prefer an extra .60¢ in their pocket than a regular customer that's been coming to that store for about 30 years. Nothing worse than a liar or a thief....

Food is never cooked all the way and if you ask them to cook it correctly it still isn’t done properly, have ordered mozzarella sticks multiple times and they don’t have cheese in them or they are undercooked. This store would be better if the employees actually knew and cared about what they were doing

Ran by children. Takes forever to get served. Half the time they aren't even paying attention. I'd go somewhere else. Just saying.

This was my go to store until the pandemic. It is clear that the owner doesn't care about her employees or customers. We are almost one year into the pandemic and there has never been any procedure in place to protect customers. No signs encouraging customers to social distance or wear mask. Employees prepare and serve food and don't wear mask. They have a very small eat in area that usually has 6+ customers eating and congregating without mask. No one wears mask and there is no protective barrier at check out. Going in wearing a mask, you will get stared at and possibly laughed at. I would like to support local businesses but unfortunately my family and I have to Travel into knox. Co for anything we need bc it is clear that gas stations in this area either Don't know, or simply Don't care about the peoples health in this community.

The lady with short blonde hair is always super hateful! Always says the wait is 30 minutes to hour wait. Yes, I understand first come first serve but literally its every time I call no matter what time of day!

The employees are excellent. They're pretty proud on the prices at the deli, but have excellent food. The owner and her family are good people. I would recommend this gas station above any other in Union county.
