Young manager was excellent at loading my money on my card, usually ppl don't want to listen to me and then they get mad when I was right but I load money every week and know what's up. But she was great, so thank you young beautiful manager

Call to get prescription refilled, and the person I spoke with was very short with me the entire conversation. At the end of the conversation I think Tim and was about to ask him a question and he had already just hung up on me. Not good Customer Service in any way, shape or form.

I know they are short handed. You shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a vaccine that you had appointment scheduled.Staff is nice. Overworked. Need a better system for vaccines. Either dint give vaccines or get a better system in place so patients are waiting over a hour for their appointment
