Worst customer service EVER! They refer unlicensed "contractors" who damage your home, run off with your money, and leave you hanging with no cabinets for 7 months. Still waiting since February 2021.

Quality built product. professional delivery with experienced drivers (Andrew Vess). if you want a storage building and are worried about access, stop worrying. these folks are the BEST!

I chose 1 star because zero is not an option. Ordered the port 3 months ago with a guarantee it would be up in three weeks. Still not here. Trying to cancel order and go with someone else and cant get a hold of them for a refund.

The absolute BEST service and knowledge around. Prices are perfect and many times better than the big box stores! The staff knows building large projects and the weekend Mr. Fix it. Outdoor supplies along with custom orders. It's our go to place! Family Business...for families.

Great, locally owned family business that treats people right. When I bought a "first run" section of vinyl flooring that had defects, they took the entire piece back, even though the manufacturer would only refund them for the actual part with the defects. So even though they lost money, they did the right thing, and this alone will make me shop there in the future. I've also found that many of their prices are less than Home Depot & Lowe's on the same items. Valley Building is a great company that deserves our support.
