Amazon should not use USPS! I watched the carrier with my package at the mailbox. The message came through that they could not access the driveway. It’s wide open! Bad service!

The competence crisis is real here. Pathetic excuse for a postal service. Be ready to buy two of whatever you're ordering. There's a good chance one will show up damaged--especially if it's a poster, picture, or other item that can't be bent.

Absolute disgrace of a post office. The people inside at the counter do a good job, and a couple are excellent, but every other aspect of this office is horrendous. Yet again we had a package marked as delivered to our address, but it was nowhere to be found. Amazingly, we had 2 packages due the same day, and one made it—but both were marked as delivered.I picked up a package a month ago for my disabled mother, and it was fully torn in half, being held in the back. They’d marked it as “no access to delivery location,” which is why I was picking it up to begin with—very interesting since she is always at home and there’s full access. We’ve had to fight for them to leave official forms when they choose not to deliver packages to her parcel locker, because without that form number we can’t use the online “re”delivery feature. We also regularly receive our neighbors’ mail. Every single week we have 1-2 letters not addressed to us arrive in our mailbox, and this calendar year I think we’ve had 3 packages meant for our neighbors. I could go on, but you get the idea. It’s exhausting.

I requested my mail to be forwarded to the new address. It has been two months now. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Maryville location or at Customer care via 800 number. I need to receive my first class mail. Where do they end up now?

This location advertises a 24/7 kiosk but the drop shute is locked so it's worthless to try to use it.

Not even worth explaining. Everyone already knows if you live here. Nothing will change anyway.

My husband and I just moved here and it hasn't taken long to already despise the postal service here. Today they claimed there wasn't someone here to sign for a package which is real funny considering I was home all day and WATCHED the mail carrier put the mail in my mailbox and didn't attempt to knock or deliver it (Score one for laziness, huh?). Mail comes at sporadic times and very late in the afternoon. Do ya'll need a mass-firing for this to be fixed or something??

Slower than very slow.

I have opened at least 8 service requests for lost packages in the last year. I have had neighbors bring me packages that were left in their boxes. Packages marked as delivered and finally show up in my box days later after I make the service request. If I could leave zero stars I would. Everyone needs to try FedEx or UPS. It shouldn’t be that hard for a mail carrier to get a delivery at the right address.!

My packages are almost always late. If you use two day shipping on amazon and usps usually delivers your packages, don't waste your money. I wish it was possible to blacklist usps on online shopping websites.

Local Maryville carrier did not show up for work/delivery for an entire week this January. A critical package delivery was delayed by eight days (and counting). Weather cannot be blamed for everything!.Whatever happened to that famous USPS motto: Despite hail, wind, sleet. snow, etc. the mail will come through?

We are registered for "informed delivery" of mail from Maryville, TN post office. We have on multiple occasions/days in recent past NOT receiving mail that is listed on "informed delivery". Our mail on many days is not delivered till 9 pm. WHAT IS GOING ON? USPS is raising rates, but service is declining bigtime. Seniors who live in their home cannot be safe walking to their mailboxes after dark. Why even provide the "informed delivery" option when those items are not delivered?

Needed to mail some things after hours. I love the self service kiosk. I just wish there were two of them.
