I requested my mail to be forwarded to the new address. It has been two months now. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Maryville location or at Customer care via 800 number. I need to receive my first class mail. Where do they end up now?

TERRIBLE. Needed to send something overseas the kid at the counter that did my customs form didn’t know what he was doing said nothing a week later found the package ON TOP of my mailbox

Worse mail service I have ever dealt from the top person down to counter clerk zero listening think they know it all just all around horrible service won't listen they think you don't know your own address if u would shut up and listen might get some where I would give ZERO STARS
