I always enjoy doing business here. Whether I'm buying or selling they're always friendly and they treat you with respect. Cool people who reflect the general experience of dealing with a locally owned small business

The staff is absolutely stellar. We’ve bought many items from them because they are honest and extremely knowledgeable. They ask you if you need help finding anything, but won’t keep badgering you throughout your visit. They are kind, trustworthy, and dependable. Been coming here for the last three years and never had a bad experience. They have an assortment of ammo, firearms, firearm accessories, and much more. Awesome place!

Entered the pawn shop due to a referral from a friend. I was looking for a Glock 43x for my wife to have for getting started at the range. The facility is very well kept and there is a large selection of used and new firearms. Overall the experience was not a bad one. However there needs to be some balance restored to the customer service department. I was initially helped by someone who seemed to have little to no interest in his job or any customer walking into the building. After requesting to see the specific firearm I was interested in, it seemed nothing could inconvenience him more than stepping away to help a very reasonable and respectful customer. A few minutes went by and I asked if they had any beretta in stock. The same gentlemen then responded snarkley with “they are in the corner cabinet”. I asked which one and the same response was given, but with an even worse attitude. Another lady then walked down to where I was and began to help. This lady went above and beyond to accommodate the small request I had and was more than happy to help. For any who intend to purchase at the establishment, I encourage you to recognize the attitude of the representative and switch immediately if the wrong response is given. Highly recommend this store and it’s sad to have its quality diminished by someone who simply can’t set their feelings in life aside from their job.

Went in and found something I was going to buy but the worker standing right in front of me basically didn’t even acknowledge me or speak to me. Instead just played his guitar. I waited 5 minutes trying to get his attention.. he just kept fiddling with his guitar and never helped me even as I walked out. Lost a moment to make a sell and gain a customer. Also I wouldn’t call this a pawn shop.. it’s a gun store.

I have been in this place multiple times since they have opened their doors. Not much good to say about a building full of product and no one that cares. This place will just let you stand around and never ask to help you. You ask if you can get help and they act like it's gonna kill them. Very poor customer service. Some decent items there but not worth the stop. On top of that no knowledge of any product they are selling. Id give them a one star, but they do have decent items to purchase that is the only reason they are getting two stars from me.

Been going here off and on for years, great friendly staff, owner will sometimes even work out a good deal on guns. Very forgiving layaway rules, wide selection of ammo compared to most places in Maryville I would argue. All around a great place to go for your pawn and purchase needs.

The employees here do not keep their word or respect the customer. Only chasing the dollar.

Went in the other day to just have a look around. It's a typical pawn shop with that type of merchandise. Jewelry, collectables, DVD's, musical instruments, tools, bikes, TV's, stereo equipment, and pretty much anything of value. They have a very large selection of guns and the prices are not out of line. Some are down right competitive. Along with a large selection of ammo. We were greated and asked if we needed to see anything and I asked a few questions of a very knowledgeable guy behind the counter. Have my eye on something I may go back and get. People complain a lot about prices. I understand the nature of a pawn shop. They buy low and leave room to make a profit. This is the buisness structure of the pawn game. It is what it is. They have employees, overhead, rent and buisness expenses. You as a consumer can buy or not buy. I will likley return and make a purchase. I reccomend stopping in and having a look you may find something in your price range.

Extremely expensive for a pawn shop, but excellent selection of quality knives and guns for someone willing to pay their prices

I've been in this shop a few times to purchase but was surprised at my most recent experience trying to sell gold. I had already been quoted a scrap gold price at another pawn shop that was honest in telling me they would offer 85% of scrap value. I decided to see what this one would offer me and to my surprise I was it was a complete rip off. The scrap was weighed at 11.4g at the first shop and offered $300. The person who worked here kept asking what I would take for my gold chain scrap. I told him I did not know the value (to see what he would come up with) and he said he would offer (like) $90. I told him that was a little to little for what i was told was over 10g. He proceeded to tell me that the weight was only 6g. I bid him a nice day and sold my gold for the $300 at the first pawn shop. I will not step foot in this place again and I hope this experience helps the next person in line to not be ripped off. Honesty goes a long way.

Was called by an employee to say my gun purchase arrived. I get to the store and another employee tells me that he doesn’t have time to run a background check before they close.Very poor customer service. ☹️
