UPS sucks. I have been expecting my VERY expensive medicine to for 4 days now and it’s supposed to be overnighted. UPS always has an excuse. Fed ex is much better. Use them for deliveries

Pick up was scheduled due to an old address they had from the shipper. I was not told that they had the new address we were at. The driver pulled up to deliver our package and then got a notification that we were to pick up. The driver would not give us our package due to the notification he just received. Even though we saw the package in his truck he would not give it to us. We were told by the UPS notice that we were to wait for the SMS text and that it would be ready for pick up before 7pm. We never received that SMS text! It is now closed for the weekend. We are not able to get our package now until Monday, even though we saw it in Sat!!! This sucks!!!

Paid for guaranteed delivery and it did not happen acted like no one seemed to care. Customer cares closed at 2:00 pm which is ridiculous that should never happen. After I contacted ups I was told that my guarantee would still be upheld with an exception of maybe 30 minutes and was going to call the office the office then called me and response and basically was trying to give me every excuse in the book because it was originally ground shipping but I updated that for a 2-hour guarantee delivery which I paid over $15 for and now I'm not getting any kind of service matter of fact they've decided to be a bunch of smart alex and put me at the lowest priority making it midnight before I get my delivery apparently this is going to corporate.

Had a customer who called in saying they never got their package so I reached out to west coast UPS. Maryville Customer Center called our office in Vegas specifically to let us know he knew what was going on and was going to have a driver go back and redeliver. All of this took maybe 3 hours. They have possibly the most efficient operation I have ever experienced.

My package was dropped off at the wrong house, these things happen. Dispatch and the driver went out of their way to find its location and return the package to me within a couple hours of me notifying them of the issue. Great customer service!

Notice said they would drop my package off at an access point next day, which would eb Saturday. They decided to hold onto my package until Monday with no way for a customer (me) to get itwhen it is needed Sunday. When they deliver to the Access Point on Saturday's and the business is open.

Carolyn was amazing! I showed up in pj’s, groggy after a long Christmas weekend, and not expecting to leave the house. She didn’t judge and was able to take care of my problems without hesitation! She had a sense of caring and compassion that many don’t have these days, given our global problems we face every day. I just wanted to leave this review for her because she deserves it and much more, I’m sure, based on our short interaction. UPS should recognize her for being a great customer service employee!

everytime something has been delivered by them to my house it has been delayed and nothing is ever updated for a new eta, still can pull up old tracking numbers that would show as no ETA. Whoever is in charge of delivery either needs to be retrained in how to do their job or replace, this is getting out of hand. If I as the receiver am having this much trouble then how is it when someone is trying to ship something, if I can help it I will go out of my way to not use them for any packages.
