This place is great! Nice people and plenty of security to give you peace of mind that your things will be kept safe. I now have 2 units and will continue to use them for all of my storage needs.

Do not rent from these people. Twice I moved my stuff because of a leaky unit. The guy waited 6 months to fix the unit while my stuff got ruined. Only hurried to fix it the last week bc he needed to rent it out and get the rest of my stuff to the new unit. I couldn't move it (single mom, new to area and know nobody) while they were up north on vacay for months. He said its not his fault my stuff got ruined and I shouldve had insurance on it. He yells alot and they charge 2.50 for using a debit.

So I rented a unit there for about a year or so. I work a lot and when I started renting there it was you had until the 5th or 6th to pay the bill with no problem, as I would go by there when my schedule allowed in the first couple of days, until the last few months. Now it seems that if you don't pay exactly on the 1st you are "locked out" until they receive payment and even then it may be the next day before you can get access through the gate. EVEN IF THE 1ST IS ON SUNDAY... They never notified me of any changes in this policy and they always got their money. Also they apparently don't like the cost of doing business because if you pay with a debit or credit card, they want you to pay their fees. Now let's talk rodent problems. We noticed mice in our unit, their only solution was to put out poison and let them die where they may. Rodents may enter any end unit and travel where ever they want inside the whole structure. So I have stopped renting from them and upon going to get my things out, I noticed I had piles of dirt on some items. Not quite sure where those came from. As well as grass that has been brought in from outside.

The unit was extremely clean that I rented & there was always some1 available by phone even if there wasn't any1 present @ the location.
