Another vehicle 2006 Toyota matrix less than a year old at the time; $12,500 worth of damage and when they were finished, you could look under the car under the hood and you could not tell this car ever been wrecked and once again the paint job was impressive!!! “blew a tire out after working all night they got me taken care of within 20 minutes after the call, when all the other towing companies wouldn't answer the phone. I left them cash in the driver seat and picked up a ride and when I returned to get the car at a local mechanic shop they left the change and paperwork in the seat for me, I appreciate the honest and hard work.”

“Had to use H&H to pick up my car on Sunday morning after a pothole took out my wheel and tire. They were very prompt (1.5 hours which I considered amazing on a Sunday morning deep in the mountains of NC), extremely courteous and very careful with my car. They stored it overnight and delivered it to the dealership in Knoxville the next morning. In fact, I called the dealership at 9:30am to give them a heads up and they were like 'uh, yeah they are already here'. A+ service and I would use again (which I hope is unnecessary for a while at least) :)”
