Recently, I moved back to East TN from Phoenix, AZ! My car was covered in desert dust! East Broadway Auto Detailing did a great job getting the majority of the red dust out! My car is shiny and smelling good! Thanks team for cleaning up the mess!

My mom and I paid for full detail on our cars and was given a time of 2hours-2 1/2. That’s great because we planned to walk to eat and that would give time to have the cars done. We waited and finally called close to time for them to tell up our car won’t be done for ANOTHER 2-3 hours now! Yes the price was reasonable but now we were told one time frame just for them to add more hours. We are completely behind. Do not have a way home and had no way to plan ahead due to them already telling us a time and then going back and adding more time. I do not appreciate that manner and the man who answered the phone was rude also stated the woman shouldn’t have told me 2 hours. Awful communication.

Went here last week for a detail. I pointed out a few points of concern and left the vehicle in their hands.When I picked it up, the areas of attention weren’t addressed and essentially they just applied shining oil to the trim and plastic areas.I will add that the owner and manager were both gracious and understanding of my discontent while agreeing on a much lower figure than originally quoted. However, when I got home and decided to clean the vehicle myself it was abundantly clear that the exterior detailer didn’t do a darn thing. It’s created more work for in the long run.Very nice owner, but terrible exterior detail.

This business is now East Broadway Auto detailing. I took a new to me car to them with below average results.When I bought the car it was really filthy. I had wiped all interior surfaces and vacuumed all carpet / fabric a couple of times so the majority of the big stuff was gone. It still had dog hair and dog funk that I needed help with, I shared all this with the owner at drop off. Her response was, it will be spotless and odor free when we are done or you don't pay. She also said if they couldn't get the smell out with normal cleaning they would use an ozone treatment that would take 3-4 hours to complete.I dropped in early to get something out of the car I needed and to my surprise it was complete. They asked me to look it over while I was there and I pointed out multiple places I thought needed more cleaning. The car still smelled of dog despite the completed ozone treatment, (this was about 2 hours into their work day). They said they would take care of it and call me later that day to pick it up.I called them back a few days later and they said it would be complete in a few hours. When I went back to pick it up they didn't ask me to look it over or ask my opinion of it.The car wasn't clean let alone spotless, the dog smell was mostly gone and replaced with weird chemical/cleaner odor and multiple air fresheners. The wheels are dirty, there is still lichen growing on the bottom of the exterior mirrors, inside the sun roof is filthy, there is still a considerable amount of dog hair.Services: Car waxing
