“I stopped the other day and a couple young people working and gave me a cap that goes on the cable. I said I cut it by mistake and they were very helpful and told me to come back anytime I needed help. I bought a bike and had to put a new derailer on. I tinkered with it this past weekend and knocked a pin out of the chain and could not get it back in so stopped and told myself to take it to the bike shop as they know what they are doing. I took it in today and Mark went above and beyond fixing the chain and doing all adjustments needed. He is very informative and very helpful. He loves what he does and takes pride in it. Very refreshing. I will most definitely be back.”

We let people take used saddles on trial & the only time they've ever come back is when they didn't fit the horse (too narrow/wide). Never a complaint about the quality of the saddle.”
