The rear differential went out on my 2010 Explorer. Thankfully I made it to CarFix before the Explorer totally stalled. I didn't have an appointment, However Mike Nazzario seen the fix I was in and squeezed me in for a diagnosis. A few hours later with an accurate diagnosis, the repairs scheduled and a financial estimate in hand along with a loaner automobile I was on my way.
After the repairs were made I received a call from Mike and returned to pick up my Explorer, got a discount and warranty on the repairs and was on my way happy to have my old 2010 Explorer back. Drove it a few days totally satisfied with the repairs, received a call from Mike calling to make sure all repairs were satisfactory.
Well, I guess I could have shorted this repair adventure by simply saying I was totally satisfied with the smiling friendly customer service out front and the exact attention to detail the mechanics exercised in the depths of the repair facility. "Should I have another Explorer repair adventure I will return, Yes you guessed it "CARFIX"

I was traveling when my car needed to be towed in to the shop. David said they would most likely get to it right after the holiday but since he knew I was traveling, I got a call the same day with the diagnosis and estimate. He also told me they were going to have it done the same day! I was so thankful. Highly recommend this shop! Car is driving like a beauty again too.

Car fix did an amazing job at fixing my car! I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service, professionalism and friendliness. They truly go above and beyond for each customer, making you feel understood in each situation. They fixed my car within a day of me bringing it in, when other places in town couldn’t. I highly recommend using Car Fix for any car repairs you may need. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I had to take my car back there three times after having an oil change they stripped out the full plug and all my oil leaked out three different times I would not recommend car fix for anyone

Tristan, manager at Car Fix handled our son's car repairs and hus safety was very important to us as he was soon be 16 year olds. My husband is extremely picky with our toys, mostly doing all his own work on them, and training our kids. With birthday time catching up, they chose the goal to sit this one out. This was our second visit to Car Fix, we were treated fairly the first time and the work was good. A company that will diagnose the necessary and not somehing not needed.
Tristan went above his call of duty to rectify a situation that arose and make things right. He was friendly and helpful explaining the situation between the diagnosis, estimate, and repairs. He demonstrated his willingness to do things the right way and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind.
My husband "The way you and your toys are treated is second to none." Doing it right the first time, makes a customer happy.
We acknowledge Triston at Car Fix for his outstanding dedication to customer service. His perfessionalism and dedication to his custoners. We also acknowledge his mechanics for their exceptional quality work. We are completely satisfied with their with the job.

My breaks were so bad I even needed the rotors replaced. I had $0 to my name due to being a teacher and off for summer, also one person income; so money was TIGHT. I called CarFix to see if by chance they took payments and fortunately Mike got me set up with their finance people. When I went in to finalize, they approved me for a little more money than the initial quote. I was still a little short after everything was said and done.. and the younger boy behind the counter helped get the price down even a little lower! I’m truly thankful for their hospitality! Great guys ❤️

My family and I were on our way to a camping trip to Cades Cove when our Suburban's engine light came on and began to run rough while hauling a camper. The Team at Car Fix went out of their way to expedite analysis of the issue and rapidly order the necessary parts within a very short time frame. Car Fix provided a loaner car so my family and I could continue our planned vacation activities. In less than 10 hrs, they were able to verify that a faulty O2 sensor was the cause vs other more expensive problems and complete repairs. My family and I are so thankful to the Car Fix Team for getting us back on the road during our vacation!!

Chris at the Front Counter was Amazing. They are pretty much booked up every day and that’s Not only because they do great work for a reasonable price but they care!
I dropped off a Vehicle and didn’t have a ride to the house, Chris said that “CarFix” would cover an Uber! Super Thankful. These guys, busy as they were, Got our vehicle in, got it fixed and us back home with the car!

I talked to Mike about getting my rearview lights fixed: turn signal, brake light, and taillight were all out. Despite the place being packed, he fixed it up for me that day for completely free. Would recommend this business for any of your car maintenance needs.
