Every other popeye's.. Gives you two breast with a three piece white... This place gave me a breast and two wings... for 12 dollars... I'll be iffy to go back to this one...

The food is terrible, they haven’t changed their grease in lord knows how long. They obviously cook their chicken in the same grease they cook their fish in and taste awful. The fries wasn’t good either, how do you mess up fries? lol $26 for me and my Fiance to eat and I threw it away. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

They have great chicken wings. They have tame down the heat on the ghost hot wings, so go and try them they are great.

Got off work late and decided to come to Popeyes to get a last minute bite to eat. Upon arrival, the rude manager, Shayna, answered the drive with "what do you want?" I then explained that I wanted a 12 piece Ghost Pepper wing and a 12 piece Garlic Parm wing. Shayna, being the lazy manager she is, refused, stating "we close in 6 minutes." I called prior to wasting a 20 minute drive out and was told the closing time was 10. This is also what is listed online. I got there at 9:53. Failing to cook my order just because you are about to close is false advertising. Not only that, but I specifically called and was told the closing time was 10. Food should be made until closing time. If food stops being made after a specific time, this should be the listed closing time. I am extremely disappointed with this service.Update 1/25/23: This is the second time in two weeks she has refused to cook, this time coming at 9:42. Lazy people these days.

This location "sold" me something today that is pretty close to becoming extinct, and I didn't pay a penny for it. I legitimately received Customer Service. Those are two words that the majority of this generation will unfortunately not experience. I brought food in from a neighboring restaurant and ordered a small Diet Coke. Unfortunately, because of the price, I respectfully withdrew my order. There are breaking points to this economic madness we're living in, and the price of the Diet Coke was one of those breaking points for me. I went ahead and started enjoying the food I brought in when a female manager (Rebecca) came over and placed an empty cup in front of me. I was genuinely taken aback. I tried not to accept it, but it was to no avail. She got the last word. Of course, the moral to this story is that I'll be back and will spend much more than what I would've spent on that small Diet Coke. Keep shining, Rebecca!

I gave this location 5 stars for service even though we waited 15 minutes to be served at the register. There were only 3 employees working and one must have been newer. The cook and the manager on duty were working together the best they could. The manager was super friendly even though she had to be majorly stressed. I managed fast food for years, and one thing we stressed to front counter personnel was to never give " butt service." Otherwise, never keep your back towards customers waiting no matter what the situation is. To always engage the customer and not over apologize, just keep them informed of the situation and update them on their order. The female manager/supervisor on duty did an excellent job with us and those behind us. The restaurant next door had hardly any business, so obviously, you have a great product that people will wait for. Thank you, and keep up the great job!

Needed help with the app, and the manager took over. New wings delicious. Maryville location outstanding. Great food and quality service. Food is always fresh and hot. Miss the livers.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out and wheelchair accessible on the side with parking.
