Had an appointment at 8:00, I showed up at 7:55, was informed when I got there, owner was on the way to do my window tinting. I waited until 8:15, he still was not there, so I just left. Got a text 5 minutes after I left, wanted to know where I was . Told him got tired of waiting, I had better things to do than wait for him to show up. He told me I was no longer welcome at his business. I informed him that was the whole point of my leaving, he didn’t have to worry about seeing me again. No apology was offered and this person was very rude on the phone. I can just imagine if I had used them and had a problem with the service they provided, how I would have been treated. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
