We bought a 2023 moomba in Raleigh North Carolina. After it was purchased, it seem like nobody wanted to take our phone calls or even answer the phone. It’s kind of like they took our money and that was that it was in a couple days later, I was already having problems with the compartments in our boat and needed to bring it in because they would not say shut.. While at the dealership I bought All new boards, All new vest and ropes When the wind bins blew open, I lost vest and ropes. Again they did not care. When they came out to do our service, I showed them all the things that was already wrong with the boat. Also, while we’re at the lake on the holiday weekend, we had hit a stump and it bent a couple parts. I called them the very next day when they were open and I was under the assumption that they had already ordered the parts weeks later I was told they did not. They finally ordered them than that day.. Here we are eight weeks later and still no parts in. We have not been able to use our brand new boat all summer long. If we want to know anything about parts, I have to call them. Nobody has called and followed up with us. So to us it was $120,000 down the drain.

Rude, dismissive. Seemed to be all about whatever they had going on. Front desk lady actually rolled her eyes when I returned an application without filling it out. Hope the rest of you manage to have a better experience

14’ Moomba Mondo... She has been going strong... best value boat out there! Skiers choice does an amazing job with fit and finish, attention to detail and they ensure all areas are done right! Look under your Moomba seats or compartments and you will notice they covered up raw fiber glass... compartment floors covered with a plastic layer, not carpet or wood! I’ve been in boats costing twice as much and I see exposed prickly fiberglass, wood, cheap carpet and other items they’ve cut corners on where the sun don’t shine. But not my Moomba!Just like any boat, they will have their issue/s but keep them well maintained and they won’t keep you stranded.Cousin had a 2004 LSV and he was the reason why we bought a Moomba. Zero concerns, ahead of its time, great price tag and well lasting.I would buy another Moomba but really I’d step up to the big brother Supra ?

2nd Moomba will likely be my last. I bought a new 2015 Moomba Mojo at the end of the season. Less than three years (57 hours on boat) later the failures begin. The stereo amp stopped working and the surf system stopped switching. Took it to the dealer, asked them to call if anything wasn't covered under warranty. They gave the boat back with a $300 invoice and claimed the audio problem wasn't covered under warranty and the surf system was a software issue. What about "call if anything wasn't covered" was not understandable? Apparently, these issues are common with Skier's Choice companies. Lack of communication makes dealing with them many times more frustrating. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand.
