The office staff are excellent. They have gone out of they're way to be helpful. All of them showed compassion and concern for our situation. Something you don't find very often anymore. The gentleman that delivered the oxygen was thoroughly helpful. He set everything up and explained everything in detail. He even made sure the oxygen hose would reach wherever we needed it to. Gave us all we needed plus some. And literally explained what everything was and and even left some extra just in case. People are generally in a bad place when they need their services and they make sure you feel completely comfortable with the service and supplies. I can't begin to tell you what a comfort they were. I would never recommend any other oxygen supply service. They are an excellent example of how businesses should conduct themselves when dealing with the public.”
