I was traveling back to Ohio and caught a screw in my tire. I called and they were busy but squeezed me in due to circumstances. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. The place was very well maintained and relaxing waiting room

Tires didn't arrive on time so I had to wait another day, that's ok.
Got a call and was told they would get started when I dropped the car off, but the car had been sitting there the whole time. So they didn't get started until they called me. Okay whatever I'll pick it up at the end of the day.
Finally they had backed it into a spot, specifically so I wouldn't notice this cutie on my rear bumper from where they likely leaned the spare on it and it fell over. I know my car isn't the nicest but this is ridiculous. Get it together or close.

We are new to the area and looking for a reliable place to take our cars for tires and auto repair services. And we found that place at Matlock in Maryville. Took my car for an oil change and felt right at home here. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area and great service.

Customer service is very friendly and professional. Got me in and out quickly. Service tech did a great job and took a few extra minutes to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. Waiting room is very nice and has a nice playroom if you have kids with you. Rocking chairs out front are a nice touch. Service advisors are super nice and friendly.

Bad tire. Called ahead for an appointment. Was able to sneak in same day. Work was right. Communication is a big asset to their successful business. Will be back for 100k service in a few weeks.

Fast, immediate service to remove a nail and repair the tire. I had made an appointment the day before and they were ready to fix it right away. My commendations for fast friendly service and a comfy, clean pleasant waiting room. Many thanks! I recommend Matlock highly!!!

Made an appt for tire balancing for my truck, to address a bad wobble I was getting.
Got seen right away, even though I was a few minutes late for my appt time, and they took care of everything within 30 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did point out that tires were unevenly worn, which I knew was true, and suggested that I should get them replaced, but weren't pushy for a sale. They did provide some quotes when asked, but again didn't push for an immediate sale, which I appreciate.
Tire prices were on par with the big chains, but service and courteousness were so much better. Will definitely use these guys again
