Not very professional
Had oil change and tire rotation
one of the center cap was missing ,I ask where is it?
They said it was not there. It was, I had check all the tires prior .
You tell me!
Would never go back.

Never again !!! I had the oil changed the last 7-times on my Cadillac Escalade done at this location. The last time I went, I told them that I was driving down to Miami the following morning and to check all my fluids. They definitely didn't check my coolant level. The following day my vehicle blew a 4" diameter hole through the front of the engine (while driving through Valdosta, Ga.) due to no coolant in the engine. There was no leak in the hoses, and none in the radiator! I had to spend $11,000. to replace a 6.2 Liter engine.
The staff at Maryville Oil & Lube are totally incompetent!!!

This is the only place I will get my oil changed. They are very thorough and check everything. They use a checklist and always check the fluids,wiper blades,lights,cabin and oil filters and the mechanic even helped change my brakes. I had a few lights come on in my car and I made an appointment with Grover and he plugged in the computer to run diagnostics and told me what the codes said. He could have repaired the part but instead asked if I still had a warranty on the work and sent me to the shop where the warranty was I was very grateful as it wasn't expensive part. Sam is the manager on duty he does a fantastic job. All of the employees are efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

Reasonable prices and friendly.
However I will not be going back. 2x now they can't reset my change oil light which is an important part of an oil change. They also told me they couldn't fix my gas flap that wasn't latching correctly. I am by no means a mechanic but I was able to fix it while in the shop in front of them.
I drive a 2014 vw jetta. I know it's slightly difficult to work on. But this is basic stuff
