It’s located at the base of two very large electrical transmission towers.
Regardless, I spoke to the director in reference to a couple of spots for my kids. I was told 2 spots opened up in a couple of weeks. We were invited to come tour the center and were told to fill out admissions paperwork for the 2 kids. After about two weeks we had not heard anything and they wouldn’t return our phone calls. I called in the final time and was told by the assistant director that there was no new availability until January of 2025. So they basically in my opinion strung us along about admissions, and then proceeded to ignore us when we had questions about a start date. I don’t know what the deal was but it seems that they handled their side extremely unprofessional. For whatever reason that the spots are “ no longer available “ don’t try to ignore us and make excuses about you “thought they were infants” or whatever else excuse you want to make. Being honest would have been the professional and respectful way to approach the situation. I’m very disappointed in my interactions here and it smelled like a dirty pet store.

It should not be hard to give a hug to a child who is crying while trying to adapt to a new country and a new school.
I kindly asked for support for few days until my child gets used to the school. And they said that they do not have staff to give inperson support. Helping a child on the first days should not be that difficult.

I have had my child at the Maryville Kindercare since December 2017. We started out part time and in February 2018 we went full time. The entire staff is amazing. They never once made me feel like "this is their job". They always treated my son and our family as if they are family. Every day when I drop my son off, I know he is being loved and cared for equally to the way I would love and care for my son. I have always felt like I am dropping my son off with family, so that I can go to work. It's very hard for me to put in words exactly how good I feel about Maryville Kindercare, because I think my words can't do it justice. It takes a village to raise a child and I now understand that meaning. Kindercare is a big part of the village.

We are so thankful for the wonderful, caring souls at kindercare. As a new mom, I was very nervous. The directors, Ms. Lisa and Ms. sandy made us feel so confident and comfortable leaving our little one in their care. Ms. Aracelle, Ms. Kara and Ms. Lourdes are beyond wonderful and are so attentive to my little. The developmental learning activities and social interactions have been far beyond our expectations. We are so grateful that we became part of the kindercare family.

Do you know that overbearing parent who is too involved and is annoyingly always asking questions? That's me! I have a different discussion topic every week. Management here has never made me feel unvalued or ashamed to ask a question. They have always answered my questions and completed each request kindly and timely. I want to give a huge shout out to Lisa and Sandy for running the best childcare establishment in TN.I've never been concerned about the cleanliness of the center, and when COVID hit they heightened their procedures and remained open! They have followed all CDC guidelines and have kept all the children safe. During this time parents were no longer allowed in the classrooms. This was extremely hard for me! I need to speak to the people with my children, I need to know they are okay, happy, well balanced, and are prepared to care for my babies each day. I could no longer do this for the safety of all the children. Misty and Melissa added a surplus of pictures to the app daily so that I could see what my child was doing throughout the day. They also made a weekly video showing the room and special areas or changes they had done. This made me feel that I was in the room and knew the environment my child spent most of their day. Thank you so much to the both of you for truly welcoming each parent into your classroom during this time of social distance!Has time goes on our children grow, too fast, and my baby had to move to the older class. I want to thank Ashley, Linda, and Allison for welcoming us. Each of you take the time to share a quick comment or concern most days during pick up or drop off. This simple moment of connection shows that you care for my daily worries and truly know my child.I also have a child that has had the privilege of being in Danielle's room for most of his time at Kindercare. He loves her so much and has many new stories of activities to discuss on our drive home. We have had some behavior issues and she takes the time to write in a journal that goes home and back to school to update us on the day. This connectivity and communication is beyond important to our family. This really should be a 5 star review, and they deserve 5 stars, but lets be honest if I put that then you would not have read this to the end :).Thank you to all the wonderful staff that care for my family every single day. You are appreciated, seen, and I know how hard you work, especially with me. Kindercare is the greatest in TN and you won't regret trusting them to care for your child. Thank you to all the Kindercare staff.

My son is now five and has attended Maryville Kindercare since he was three months old. I am a very picky parent when it comes to my children's care, and I would not leave my child with just anyone. The staff at Maryville Kindercare see my son as theirs, and I have been and am very pleased with the quality of care/learning/love he has received during his time there. Every teacher he's had has been loving/nurturing/caring, and as a parent, you cannot ask for more when you are away from your child for 8+ hours a day. They each hold a special place in my heart, and the Director (Lisa)/Assist. Director (Sandy) do a great job! This summer will be his last at Maryville Kindercare before entering kindergarten, and I will immensely miss everyone there. Ms. Danielle is my son's current teacher, and he loves her dearly. I love the daily updates, being informed of what is being taught, and the photos/seeing how my child is learning in her class. She is doing an outstanding job, and I cannot thank her enough for the time she takes in preparing my child for kindergarten and keeping me informed of his progress. Thank you, Maryville Kindercare, for all you've done for my family and me over the years. My husband and I never had a moment of worry when our son was in your care.

There aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am for everyone at Kindercare Maryville. My boys are thriving! Ms Danielle is a magician and has helped my son more than she knows. Ms Mist and Ms Melissa have been so sweet to my little man and helped him transition into the daycare environment. All of these teachers take pride in teaching where the kids are rather than at a level that would make them feel anything other than proud of themselves for their efforts. I wish I could have been part of this family earlier, but am happy we are here now. Thank you to Lisa and Sandy for your leadership in managing the facility during these crazy times. And thank you to all the teachers for providing a great experience for the kids despite today’s world. They truly feel safe and loved.

KinderCare has been such a positive experience for my family and my little one specifically. He has a bit of separation anxiety, which I know is normal, but between new school, pandemic, and illnesses it has been hard to get to our new normal. Miss Tara was a godsend in helping him come out of his shell and getting him to develop his first friendships. And Miss Melissa and Miss Misty make my day every day with a little man who comes home and tells me about his day, sings me a song, and is starting to have such an imagination. All the teachers are so kind and loving towards the kids, and Miss Lisa and Miss Sandy really help parents navigate the stages kids go through in getting acclimated and thriving. Definitely recommend KinderCare for developing young minds!

KinderCare has been such a wonderful place for our son. Ms Robin and Ms Britany are the most personable and caring teachers, and our son always looks forward to being with them during the day. We love getting photos throughout the day and they always have fun activities planned for the kids to help develop their gross and fine motor skills.

Kindercare has been a part of our family for the last seven years and can’t imagine life without them. From the day I dropped our babies off for their first day when I headed back to work from maternity leave until they graduated and headed to kindergarten our girls have been cared for at Kindercare. From day one I’ve always felt they are safe and loved and have been amazed at how much they have learned! Lisa and Sandy are always available and easy to talk to. All of the teachers and staff have always been wonderful too! We are going to miss Kindercare very much!

UPDATE: 6 months later and still very satisfied. I am extremely thankful for KinderCare and all that they do! I feel comfortable leaving my son there knowing that their staff genuinely cares . They constantly keep me updated with photos and videos of their activities too! It has become a nice break in my day to be able to log into the app and see how my son is doing. I have been thoroughly impressed with every single teacher that he has had while transitioning through the age groups. The entire staff there is incredible.

My husband and I have loved having our son at KinderCare. It's never easy to leave your baby in the hands of someone else, but we truly have no worries while he is at KinderCare. His teachers, Ms. Britany and Ms. Robin, go above and beyond to care on him and plan activities for his class that we know he is enjoying AND are helping him developmentally. We are provided with a glance into units and learning each month. They are fantastic with communication and put the time and effort into creating calendars to keep us in the loop and on top of things. We know our son is met with love, care, learning, and structure each day at KinderCare. We have also been immensely impressed by the management and to be honest all of the teachers we have encountered during our time there. So thankful to be part of the KinderCare family and would HIGHLY recommend!

My daughter, Anna, has attended KinderCare since she was 3 months old. At first it was difficult to leave her with someone else, but has become so much easier thanks to KinderCare. Anna loves her teachers, Ms. Aracelle, Ms. Kara, and Ms. Ann- They always get a smile when Anna sees them each day. The teachers nurture her emotionally and intellectually and treat Anna like their own child. I can focus on my job knowing that Anna is in great hands. The teachers are great at communication throughout the day and are always receptive to conversations at drop off or pick up. I'm addition, the center directors, Ms. Lisa and Ms. Sandy, are fabulous at communication for the whole center. Any time I need to call or get information they are welcoming and know exactly who I am. We love KinderCare!

This place is wonderful. Both of my children have went here. Mrs Tara has been amazing for my youngest! She has separation anxiety and Mrs Tara has been a Godsend! She is energetic and loving and has very open communication! My eldest had a strong fondness for Mrs Robin who also is amazing and of course Mrs Araselle (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) was amazing when mine was in the infant room! So many of these ladies are just amazing!

Our 2 1/2 year old son has been going to Maryville KinderCare since he was 3 months old. They are fantastic!!! You will not find a more caring group of teachers anywhere else. They have patience, understanding and love for all the children that go there. They also make the parents feel like family. My son is excited to go to school everyday and they have taught him so many important life skills. I know when I drop him off in the morning he is in excellent hands and I never worry. Yes, they may be more expensive then other preschools, however there is no price on our son's well being and happiness.
