Yes I just bought lottery tickets in this store, walked out to my truck and did not exit the parking lot, I literally in front of the store, scratched several tickets that were redeemable. While Cashing them in, just minutes later, the lady behind the counter claimed that one of the tickets was previously paid. The clerk could have checked the tickets to know that just minutes before I bought them there, this person was the only clerk in the store and the one that sold me the ticket. The clerk claimed that to not know that it was the tickets I just purchased..Which is almost impossible considering there were no other customers enter the store between the time I come out to my vehicle and then re-entering into the store with the tickets to redeem them. She would not try to resolve the issue or clear up any misunderstanding with me.She agreed that I did not leave the parking lot. Therefore, She acknowledged I had been in my truck the entire time but still claimed that the ticket had been previously paid.I literally just got stolen from by a Clerk who claimed that she was doing what the machine told her to do and words cannot describe my disgust with the dishonesty or in the very least, the carelessness, of the Clerk working at the store. Each ticket scaned printed out a separate slip and that's how she counted it out to me.She blatantly scanned that ticket twice thinking I was distracted looking at the debbie cakes, to produce the payout slip which I believe she kept underhanded, but then also the previously paid slip, which then she used as evidence to try to convince me that I didn't just get stolen from.I was absolutely stolen from and could do absolutely nothing about it.This was beyond shady..It wasn't even believable. There is no way, no way whatsoever that I could have previously cashed this ticket, anywhere!!! This clerk knew that.I just wanted to share my experience so if anyone else experiences the same thing you know that you are not alone and I also wanted to let people know, whom are buying scratch offs in the evening hours, to beware of fraudulent behavior. The audacity is unreal. My second hope is that this review will reach the person that it needs to.So changes can be made to prevent this from happening to anyone else.I sincerely hope that someone does look into this.Lying and stealing from customers is wrong and the way this situation all played out I don't see how there could have been any confusion. This clerk was very well aware of what they were doing and they should be ashamed of themselves.
