They come out set up my service for viasat internet.. just layed the wire across the ground going to my house.. if in a high traffic area where I Park my four-wheelers.. set up service call with viasat they where supposed to come fix it they never showed up but told the viasat service they made a service call its unethical practice like this that give company's a bad name.

Very disappointed-my husband and I were told to call Bill Ledbetter to hook up our internet service in our new home in Maryville-we had appointment with Bill at our property on 6/12/22-we drove 9+ hours from our home in Metairie, la. on 6/11/22 to make sure we were there to meet Mr. Bill Ledbetter at our agreed upon appointment time on 6/12/22-he did not show-we called his number, left text messages upon text messages-his Voice mail recording said "voicemail not set up"--we texted and texted and waited untill 6/14/22 when we realized we were scammed-no text back . no message-we are pursuing legal action now as the appointment was agreed by Mr. Bill Ledbetter, we came in good faith! Thank goodness we told him that we needed a 24 hour cancellation by him if appointment was not to be upholded by him-Hope all Maryville Tenn. businesses are not like this-very bad business and took us for idiots-c. deaton

As a local business owner myself I try to use other local businesses myself. My nightmare began in December of 2020. I had some audio equipment installed and they could only get part of the system to work. I was told a different adaptor was needed and they would come back out. Understandable. Came back out and that didn't work. Christmas arrives and my equipment is still not working and then I get busy months go by and no contact from Ledbetter. June 2021 I call them to say they haven't came back out to the house to finish the job. I'm given a date and timeframe and my wife takes the day off and no one shows up. No phone call from anyone. I call back set up another time, again wife takes day off no one shows up and no phone call. I call again speak to owner and he said he will personally come out. Employee comes out, again can't get the equipment working. Tells me that he will come back out and try another solution. Again, no one calls me to set up time, owner doesn't call me to see if my problem was fixed. So here I am again, paid for the equipment and installation and the equipment is still not working like it is supposed to and now I am done with Ledbetter and will have to pay someone else to come out and fix my problem. I will never recommend Ledbetter to any of my friends or my customer base of over 4000 people.

We contacted Ledbetters late September about mounting our TV and then scheduled a date for them to come out on 9/28. The technician came out and said they would need to order mounting hardware and should take a day. We then reached out to our technician on 10/2 since we haven’t heard anything. They assured us they could come 10/3 or 10/4. After hearing nothing again we contacted them on 10/5 and they assured us it shouldn’t be much longer and would contact us ASAP. Needless to say we still haven’t gotten our tv mounted as requested and are looking elsewhere for service.
